Who we are

We work directly with business owners and their teams. No account managers, no support queue — when you work with Vesuvian you work with the people who built it.

We are a small UK team and we build for one business at a time. Nothing here is a product you buy off a shelf and then work out for yourself.

That includes the awkward systems. If you run on something niche, ageing, or written for your industry rather than for the mass market, that is usually where we earn our keep.

A private workspace for your team, connected to the systems you already run — email, accounts, stock, payments, whatever your industry uses. People ask in plain English and get an answer drawn from several systems at once, instead of opening four tabs and doing the joining up in their head.

You decide who can see what. Every question, and every system it touched to answer, is written down where you can read it back.

Sensible security, not a checklist

Your system passwords are encrypted and never sent to your AI. Sessions are signed, every request is checked against the role that made it, and two-factor authentication is there for everyone and required of account owners. New passwords are checked against public breach lists, and repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down and reported to you.

Everyone sees what they should

We set up who can see what, role by role. Owners see everything. Managers see what they need. Staff see what is relevant to their work. That is enforced underneath, not just hidden in the interface.

Your data never trains AI models

Your invoices, emails, stock levels and client records are never used to train or improve any AI model. Your data is your data. Full stop.

Most AI tools connect to a short list of the big platforms and stop there. We connect to yours, including the industry-specific software and the ageing thing nobody wants to touch, and put what they say into one picture instead of five.

A relationship, not a ticket queue

You will not be handed a support portal. We work directly with each client, learn how the business runs, and stay involved as things change. When something needs attention you speak to the person who knows your setup.

You can check the answer

Every question is recorded along with the systems used to answer it. When a figure looks wrong you can see where it came from, and when the AI does not know something it says so rather than guessing. That is the part most tools skip, and it is why people end up trusting this one.
